Beyond Training is a small studio gym that offers group classes, personal training, boxing lessons and nutrition coaching. Co-owners Annie, Trey and Troy opened the  doors in May of 2021 and have been working and thriving ever since on their mission to help people in and around Penn Hills achieve their health and fitness goals.

Why I Train

As a long-time athlete, I live by the quote “You Perform How You Practice”. Knowing that self-improvement never stops, I hold myself to the same standard in my life and my own workouts.

Through the years I’ve learned to transition that mindset to personal training: pushing those that are willing to train hard until their goals are achieved.

Why I Train

I got into personal training because I was an athlete all my life and I fell in love with the process of developing strength and skills. My life was all about pushing hard towards goals, so training felt like the natural fit for me.

Now that I have been in the game quite a few years I have become passionate about helping others transform. Watching people improve and hearing the stories of how their everyday lives are changing for the better is what I live for now. That’s why I train.
