At Beyond Training we offer both 1 on 1 boxing lessons as well as small group training classes. We are passionate about helping you unleash your inner fighter and of course get a great workout! You’ll learn the fundamentals of footwork, understanding defensive strategies, technique with hitting both mitts and bags all while building up your strength and cardiovascular endurance along the way.
